These Terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with Le Femme Protagoniste ([legal entity / operating name], "I", "me"). By accessing the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Adults only

This site is intended solely for consenting adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By entering, you affirm that you meet this requirement and that adult material is lawful where you are.

2. Nature of what is offered

I offer companionship, domination, and related professional services and experiences between consenting adults. Fees and tributes are for my time, companionship, and expertise. Engagement is by application and screening only. I may decline anyone, at any time, for any reason or none, without explanation. Screening information is required and protects both parties. Discretion is mutual and expected of you as it is of me.

4. Tributes, deposits, and the Endowment

• Tributes and gifts are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Deposits required to hold time are non-refundable and non-transferable unless I state otherwise in writing.
• Contributions to the Endowment are gifts toward my private chamber and are not payment for, or a guarantee of, any service, session, or response.
• Crypto transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending to the correct address.

5. Consent and conduct

Every engagement is negotiated and consensual. Hard limits are absolute on both sides, and a safeword is honoured without exception. Any request to cross the stated hard limits, or any disrespect, dishonesty, or coercion, ends contact permanently. The stated limits include: no illegal activity, no minors, no non-consent, and no risk to lasting health beyond negotiated, informed limits.

6. No recording

You may not photograph, film, or record any interaction without my explicit prior consent. Identifying details about me are confidential.

7. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, and design on this site are mine or licensed to me. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them without permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
